The creation of Aura was made to surround Ayurvedic philosophy. A stands for Ayurveda, which means the science of life & longevity, an ancient system of healing that originated in India 5000 years ago. The wisdom of Ayurveda is to use only good and pure organic whole foods and herbs internally and externally. The skin is the bodies largest organ and is most exposed to the elements. It makes perfect sense that we would take care of it by using nothing on our skin that we simply would not eat. We offer a large selection of only the finest natural and organic products, that are free from harmful toxins for both men & women. Reservations are essential for all treatments here @ AURA. Calling prior to your arrival would be greatly appreciated. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment please call and notify us at least 24 hrs prior.
To enhance your experience please arrive at least 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment. This will ensure that you have time to unwind while having your consultation before your treatment. And please understand that late arrival may reduce your treatment time.
Client Care & Health Considerations:
During your treatment @ AURA, your modesty will be protected at all times. If you are currently under going treatment from your health care practitioner for any condition, please advise at the time of reservation or consultation. Whenever there is a special request, we will cater however possible. To add to your unique experience, please ask your spa host on arrival for our light snacks & drinks menu.
Gift Vouchers:
Our gift vouchers are available for all treatments, packages and purchase of product. Vouchers can be express posted or couriered on request or alternatively be ready to be picked up here @ Aura.
The full value of any voucher may be partially redeemed over the validity period, however must be fully redeemed by the expiry date. Any balance that has not been used over the expiry date, may not be refunded. Gift vouchers expire after 12 months of purchase and will not be redeemable for cash.
Any vouchers that have kindly been donated by us @ Aura expire after 3 months. These vouchers cannot be used for purchasing product. Please present your voucher or voucher number when you arrive for your treatment.
